Can't see "Say it out Loud" tasks on my completed Work

I have completed 2 “Repeat out Loud tasks” and I do not see them in my completed work. I don’t see that they are being reviewed or that they have been completed. Could anyone help me with this or let me know how long it takes for them to appear once you complete them? Please

Hi! Sometimes the “Say it out loud” tasks take a bit to process and appear so don’t worry. If you completed the tasks correctly, they will appear!
