Couldnt log in my account

hi victoria. i made another account with this email so I could write to you because I couldnt log in my atexto account all of a sudden . I had just been working on my laptop and turned it off. when i logged into my phone, it wouldnt accept my password which i never had a prob with. So i clicked forgot password and changed it. It STILL wont log in :sob: why is this happening ? thank you
