Disappointed in the platform and your service

Dear All,

I have checked a few questions in the Dutch community (Nederlandse gemeenschap)
Questions asked, no reply given.
Furthermore, I have sent an email to workhub@atexto.com about the recalculation of my submitted tasks.
I just joined at the time and was waiting on a resolution, so I could share Atexto with others. However still no reply.
My recalculation is going on for a little longer than 2 months now.
How should we share Atexto with others if we do not get the service that is promised?
The payment is already low, and now the service is also bad. This is discouraging.

I hope this really gets fixed.
