Im a newbie - cannot get started! Going round in circles!

I registered, etc etc - have an account.
Each time I try to Get New Tasks, I get pushed to the Google Forms page, to register.
Get a new email. Click the link. Go to my account. Try to Get New Tasks - back to the reg. Page.
Anyone else have this problem or know what to do?
