Suggestions on Transcription

Just a suggestion…

Atexto can add some information on the side of our screen below the timer which would indicate maybe the customer’s name, agent name, and company. This would help us out in the future in case there is another change in the set of transcriptions given here. Like before, we are getting calls about mortgages and now it is more on the cable company “Dish”. Sometimes the name of the agent or the customer were also said on the audio and it gets confusing if it was said too fast or it was pronounced differently. It could clear out misconceptions once we hear the audios on the tasks.
